Description:

This application is exclusively accessible to Symplicity clients. A valid Symplicity manager account is necessary, and the institution must have the Kiosk module enabled along with the Kiosk app properly configured. For initial setup assistance, please contact Symplicity support.

The Symplicity Kiosks app provides users with mobile access to web-based kiosks via iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch devices. Upon launching the app, users can select their institution and then choose from available kiosks listed within the interface. When a kiosk is active, students have the ability to swipe in using their ID cards through compatible card readers, such as the Magtek iDynamo.

Managerial access to active kiosks is secured through a 4-digit PIN, which is set in the kiosk’s configuration record within the Manager interface. Managers utilize this PIN to exit or close a kiosk session, enabling seamless transitioning between multiple kiosks.

It is important to note that the Symplicity Kiosks app does not support integration with CSM Job Kiosks.
